A startup builder Demium is looking for an additional Head of Incubation Program.
Demium’s mission is to identify, develop, and connect the best entrepreneurial talent to create successful startups together; transforming society and awakening entrepreneurial consciousness.
Ideal candidate
An ideal HIP has an Entrepreneurial background and well-rounded business experience in multiple capacities. They serve as a teacher and mentor to starting entrepreneurs, build relations with investors, outside experts, and partner programs to support startup projects, and to help build our recruitment pipeline. The HIP is both part of the Demium team working on an overall strategy and they are driven and able to lead multiple projects and perform without having to be told what to do every step of the way.
How is the day to day of the Head of Incubation Program?
You will be the trusted person of entrepreneurs, but that is something you must earn. They will come to you with questions about business models, metrics, investment, finance, and marketing strategy; and you will have to give them the correct answers. Because you have the answers or because you know how to get them to them. By the way, knowing finance will be a plus in this position.
You will have to bring out your most creative side, thinking of the perfect methodology to make the project grow as quickly as possible, and avoiding bad decisions that entrepreneurs may make.
You will be on the hunt for the best startups, identifying external projects that have the potential to be accelerated and make our portfolio stronger.
You will be responsible for bringing the best mentors to our office.
Given your passion for startups, you will ensure that your incubator has the best possible incubation methodology. Always with an open mind, willing to learn best practices, and with the ambition to create solid digital businesses.
Together with the Head of Talent, you will be in charge of organizing networking events in our own office to promote the Catalan entrepreneurial ecosystem.
You will play a key role in creating and caring for our network of investors, putting them in contact with entrepreneurs.

Position Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in leading or managing projects
Minimum of 4-years prior P&L responsibility or a department, region, or business
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a startup, ideally as a co-founder
Direct experience with VC fundraising, preferably for your prior startup
Business Related University Degree (business, marketing, finance…), preferably masters level or MBA
Ability to thrive in ambiguity enjoy making order from chaos
Fluent in English as well as Russian &/or Ukrainian.
High level of interpersonal skills
Strong public speaking skills, with the ability to make and give engaging presentations
Knowledge or experience in technology preferred
Job Functions
Daily/Weekly status meetings with teams.
Assisting teams with ideation, validation, and developing their idea into a company
Monitoring of events in a startup market in Ukraine.
Communication with mentors and teams.
Building industry partnerships and supporting recruiting.
