Ozon looking for Head of IFRS reporting.
Responsibility:
Driving the projects and initiatives aimed on optimization of IFRS reporting and continuous process improvements that benefit both accounting and reporting areas
Development of IFRS methodology for all group companies and preparation of corporate finance policies
Enhancement of month end closing process to ensure proper timeliness, accuracy and insightful analytics
Development and implementation of internal control procedures to ensure that all financial activities are completed in accordance with IFRS and statutory regulation
Active role in communication with external auditors
Taking a key role in modification of IFRS reporting to meet requirement of public companies
Provide leadership and day-to-day support to the accounting and reporting teams.
Requirements:
Master degree in Accounting, Economy, Finance
Advanced knowledge in IFRS and RAS accounting
Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CAP, CIPA, ACCA will be a plus
At least 7 years of experience within Finance on senior positions
Extensive experience with IFRS financial statements in public companies
Strong analytical skills, self-directed, team-oriented
Excellent management, cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
Strong interpersonal qualities: mature, enthusiastic, persistent, flexible, persuasive, pragmatic, ambitious, insightful, innovative.
