Китайская компания-производитель смартфонов Transsion приглашает Head of Human Resources присоединиться к своей дружной команде.

 

Job responsibilities:
Recruitment management: Responsible for controlling the recruitment process, developing recruitment channels, and recruiting talents;
Performance management: Design performance setting rules, guide and supervise the strict implementation of business departments;
Salary management: Responsible for designing the salary system, and conducting monthly attendance and KPI verification, salary confirm;
Human resource policy management: Responsible for formulating and implementing human resources related policy;
Training management: Responsible for building a training system, employee induction training, company system training, and dissemination of corporate culture;
Human Resources Company Management: Manage the human resources company to ensure smooth entry of employees and punctual pay;
Personnel Information Management: Responsible for company personnel information management to ensure the accuracy of information.
Be familiar with local labour law and make sure the company to be compliant with related laws and regulations.

 

Job requirements:
5 years of HR working experience, familiar with all modules of human resources;
Familiar with recruitment channels;
Have experience in human resource company management; Mobile phone industry experience would be prefered;
Basic command of English.
