Takeda is searching for a Head of Human Resources.

 

PURPOSE:

The Head, Human Resources, Russia is expected to plan and administer policies relating to all phases of HR activities.

He / she will take the lead in identifying, evaluating and resolving human relations and work performance problems within the organization to facilitate communication and improve employees’ skills and work performance.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Localize and execute global strategy / plan for HR, including HR reporting and recruitment to achieve company strategic growth.
Implement Learning & Development best practices and ensure an ambitious capability building agenda for Russia.
Lead and facilitate cross-functional collaborations to execute performance management strategies.
Interpret HR policies and procedures and advise on their application and compliance to line management and employees via induction programs.
Key facilitator across functions to ensure all employees are well-suited for their role and track performance via regular review.
Pragmatic use of innovation to facilitate performance management, recruiting and capability-building within the organization.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

Master degree in a Human Resources-related or Management field. MBA preferred.
>5 years of standard-setting performance in this role or a comparable role, leading human-resources activities for multinational pharmaceutical organization in Russia.
Fluency in English to ensure effective communication across the region and to Global.
Experiences in managing people development in pharmaceutical industry specific.
Strong understanding of local culture-specific issues in Russia related to recruiting, performance management and learning & development.

High level of personal maturity and natural authority.
Ability to deal with decision making processes in complex organizations and generate collaboration and followership.

Excellent downwards communication skills to attract, lead and motivate talents and align them with global HR strategy and vision.
Excellent upwards communication skills to drive program excellence, engaging functional partners, and partnering with General Manager, Russia.
