В крупный китайский FMCG-производитель Midea Group требуется Head of Human Resources.

 

What You'll be Joining:
Midea Consumer Appliances DMCC is a Regional Head Quarter of Midea Group, a rapidly growing Fortune 500 company, with humanizing-technology and provide customized solutions based on deep understanding of human nature, enabled by the joint forces of 55 years manufacturing excellence and global leading robotic and automation technology.
The RHQ is based in Dubai where company houses the most iconic brands from Midea Group portfolio: Midea, Toshiba, Eureka, and Master Kitchen. Operational territory expands from the Europe, Middle East, Africa, CIS.

 

Summary:
Company is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources strategies, practices and processes in the Business Unit.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that both follow HQ general guidelines and support Russia company business objectives
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process to attract and retain high-quality candidates
  • Establish performance management systems and processes that drive individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Identify training needs, design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees in alignment with business needs
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that comply with local labor laws and marketing standards
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance and mitigating any potential legal risks
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace that values and respects individual differences
  • Promote a positive work culture in BU

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10~15 Proven experience in managing HR functions in multinational companies with a strong presence in Russia Market
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR strategies
  • Good command in English
  • Cross culture experience and team management experience preferred
