The RHQ is based in Dubai where company houses the most iconic brands from Midea Group portfolio: Midea, Toshiba, Eureka, and Master Kitchen. Operational territory expands from the Europe, Middle East, Africa, CIS.
Summary:
Company is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources strategies, practices and processes in the Business Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that both follow HQ general guidelines and support Russia company business objectives
- Oversee the talent acquisition process to attract and retain high-quality candidates
- Establish performance management systems and processes that drive individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency
- Identify training needs, design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees in alignment with business needs
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that comply with local labor laws and marketing standards
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance and mitigating any potential legal risks
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace that values and respects individual differences
- Promote a positive work culture in BU
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10~15 Proven experience in managing HR functions in multinational companies with a strong presence in Russia Market
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR strategies
- Good command in English
- Cross culture experience and team management experience preferred
