Duties:
Full cycle of quality and intensive recruiting Tech Talents including IT TOP management
Establishing effective process of staff recruitment
Performing different types of research (tactical, referral, sourcing, headhunting and others)
Schedule interviews with team leads and management, conduct feedback, maintain candidates’ tracking data
Supervision of new employees’ adaptation process, introduction of corporate culture, summarizing probation period results
Ensure effective interaction among employees and team leads
Internal communications and solving conflicts
Development of local regulations, job descriptions, ensure the compliance with the labor legislation and relevant processes in HR management
Providing general HR support to the company, HR reporting
Work on the formation and maintenance of Tango employer brand
Organization of corporate events
Requirements:
Higher education
Tech talent recruitment experience: building an IT Company (preferably — b2c) from 50 to 100+ people including Senior Management acquisition
Goal oriented with strong headhunting skills
Easy going and ready to be available 24/7
Perfect oral and written communication skills
Fluent English
Knowledge of recruitment tools
