A young and positive team of 70+ employees is actively looking for a HR Director to oversee all personnel-related matters and ensure comoany uses its resources beneficially.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR processes
- Develop and maintain HR projects related to employee retention and growth
- Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
- Develop and maintain L&D initiatives (Building our learning Academy, soft-skills trainings)
- Drive employer branding activities to attract talent
- Maintain high standard recruiting process with a great candidate experience
- Develop and maintain cross-functional communication to drive continuous improvement to our recruiting and HR processes
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective
- Take part in organizing team buildings and corporate activities
Requirements:
- 2+ years Leadership experience
- 5+ years as an HR Professional
- Experience in IT company is a must
- Upper intermediate in written and spoken English
- Experience developing and maintaining HR projects (especially looking for Company culture and L&D initiatives)
- Experience in developing and coaching people - both in HR team and middle management
- Strong in strategic tasks and communication at all-hands level
- Recruiting experience will be a plus
