An automotive plant is looking for an experienced HR Leader to ensure that all human resources operations are carried on smoothly and effectively.
You will oversee that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives at a new automotive plant in Scopin.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of proven work experience as HR Manager / HR BP / HRD
Russian native, Fluency in spoken and written English
Experience with broad knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, new hire onboarding, employment law, benefits, compensation, organizational planning and development, employee relations, training and development
Strong working knowledge of 1C and MS Outlook: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Result-oriented; structured and analytical mindset
Knowledge of legal requirements
Customer Focus and Teamwork
Good communication skills and intercultural competence
Work permit in Russia, and willingness to relocate to Scopin
Nice to have:
Prior experience in the automotive industry or production is an asset
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Good know-how in ERP System, SAP is favourable
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for recruitment of blue-collar workers, new hire onboarding, answering benefit and payroll questions, employee relations, performance management, salary administration, training and development, employee communication, employee recognition and HRIS
Function as the expert on organizational issues and serve as a trusted advisor and HR partner to leadership team
Promote and establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high level of employee morale. Foster an environment that promotes company core values and competencies
Develop a strong partnership with the key stakeholders to support the business
Implement a culture that drives employee engagement, management accountability, team collaboration, innovation and creativity, ethical values and company vision and mission
Work closely with HR Center of Excellence and HR BPs to roll out and oversee onsite programs and procedures
Coach and counsel managers and employees regarding employee relations matters and labour law-related topics
Provide professional and hands-on expertise/knowledge with HR operational policies and labour law practices in Skopin (work contracts, regulations, payroll etc.)
Proactively seek out knowledge of industry best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements, and benchmark comparisons
