В Bayer требуется Head of HR Services CIS.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The job holder is responsible for the development and implementation of the local HR Operations strategy, ensures operational leadership and excellence of administrative, operational processes, their improvement in the country/country group. He/she is familiar with the key Bayer HR, processes and functions of the organization and ensures that these are taken into account at the local level
  • Ensure the development and implementation of local norms, regulations and following the local laws in relation to HR administrative processes and systems. Compiling and consulting on HR local regulations and keeping them up to dated
  • Ensure compliance and risk mitigation measures across the associated organization and systems locally
  • Proactively work with the local and global HR community locally to convert strategy, policy, systems, tools and processes into the associated organization and services for country / country group and support the implementation of HR solutions reflecting the business needs
  • Ensure proper and timely contract and vendor management process with HR related service providers (HR Admin & Payroll, Talent Management, Total Rewards), conducting negotiations to ensure favorable conditions
  • Ensure proper and timely submition of the companie’s HR related Operation reports to the state authorities (Tax authorities, Social Funds, Statistics authorities, Quoting center, Military authorities, other state bodies) and internal/external auditors. Builds the reporting process in the field of HR Admin & Payroll, Talent Management, Total Rewards (incl P&PSR reporting)
  • Ensure effective organizational management processes, manage firm`s immigrations risks for Russia and CIS, ensure that appropriate relocation processes to/from/within Russia and CIS group are in place and the transfers are executed smoothly, manage the process of expatriates’ legalization – Government quotas, immigration documents, reporting to the Ministry of Internal Affairs
  • Leads the employees budgeting process in the divisions and EFs (FTE and personnel costs budgeting, forecasts and analysis of personnel costs deviations, provisions: LTI, VMI and life insurance, outsource, recognition, vacations)
  • Develop and ensure proper digital solutions to improve service delivery and employee experience. Ensure digitalization and optimization of existing HR processes in order to increase efficiency and reduce workload
  • Lead the HR Operations team to ensure the service performance based on global framework, including Total Rewards and Learning &
  • Development operations in CIS and HR Administration and Payroll operations in Russia. Manage internal and external associated staff (recruit, on board, motivate, develop, determine merit and identify talent) in line with the Bayer LIFE values
  • Is the first contact regarding the organizations service within a country / country group. Maintain and improve quality standards within the associated organization. Ensure appropriate metrics (including third party KPIs) for local organization in line with global governance

 

Important to have:

  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with the main focus on Human Resources. Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience
  • English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form
  • Solid experience in Human Resources, minimum 7 years of managerial experience
  • Strong and proven knowledge of core HR areas, up to and including strategic and operational HR portfolio and Russian regulations
  • Deep expertise of local norms and laws related to HR administrative & Payroll processes
  • Intensive knowledge about the legal employment conditions and the Group HR policies and requirements
  • Detailed understanding of HR processes & systems (1С, SAP), proficient MS Office user
  • Communications strategy and messaging skills with the ability to build long term partnerships with internal management & staff, including the various relevant representatives of workers groups and external stakeholders
  • Experienced in multidisciplinary project management as well as change management. Strong and proven project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies, processes, & tools
  • Experience working and collaborating within a global organization and multicultural environment
  • Strong customer orientation and service delivery management
  • Experience and proven track record in working across the core HR functions with specific experience in Customers Service delivery and HR process design, transaction support, and employee administration
  • Team-oriented leadership skills honed through experience with senior management
  • Strong and proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop ready talent for the future
  • Strong interpersonal skills, which include building trust and being inclusive, acting sustainably and being a role model for the Bayer LIFE Values, Leadership, Integrity, Flexibility and Efficiency.
