TheSoul Publishing is one of the largest internet publishers in the world. The company is looking for a Head of HR Operations & Delivery who will work collaboratively with both the current HR team and business to identify and support the design and execution of the HR Operations framework.
Responsibilities:
Lead the HR Operations function to ensure delivery against a company HR goal of delivering a simple and consistent employee experience
Be accountable for the day-to-day performance of the HR Operations function
Collaborate with all areas of HR and supporting the HR People Partner team to ensure new or changed HR products, services, processes or policies are communicated, planned and implemented effectively across the business
Ensure relevant local policies are designed and managed in line with in-country legislation and with the employee experience in mind
Work closely with a number of key business functions including HR, Recruitment, Finance and Operations, and being the strategic and operational link between these functions
Being responsible for all policies and processes within HR and looking for ways to improve and develop these processes
Partner up with the finance team to ensure budgeting and forecasting is carried out, as well as responsibility for reporting
Requirements:
10+ years of proven working experience as an HR Director / HR Operations Lead / Delivery Lead / HR Generalist / Head of Reward / C&B
Native Russian and a strong level of English (Upper Intermediate +)
Strategic and systematic thinking
A proven ability to implement global processes in international companies; experience in implementing SAP / Oracle
A proven ability in the areas of Regulatory & Compliance, Administration & Coordination, People Analytics, HRMSs & Process Improvement, People Management
