ElectroNeek is a rapidly-scaling SaaS company in the Robotic Process Automation space. The company is looking for a Head of HR with experience in international hiring, outstanding people skills to manage the personnel, ability to build department’s work from scratch.
Responsibilities:
I. Develop a recruiting process:
Design and implement a recruitment process inside HR team;
Provide best solutions to meet staffing needs and attract applicants to maintain applicants pool;
Recruitment process automation (using ATS);
Support HR team by conducting training, coaching interviewers on best practices;
Track of HR team recruiting efforts and provide regular reports to Chief of Staff and CEO.
II. Full-cycle recruitment:
HR Team management;
Discuss the job descriptions with Heads of Departments and the ideal candidate’s profiles;
Market research for average salary, the candidates’ quantity and quality, comparison with other vacancies;
Preparing attractive vacancies’ description;
Full-cycle recruitment for difficult and/or prioritized positions.
III. Work with company’s specialists:
Onboarding process and education of new specialists;
Development of performance evaluation.
IV. Enhance our HR brand:
Build a reputable employer brand, formalization of company’s accounts on recruiting platforms, tracking reviews, providing feedback.
Requirements:
A proven track record in managing a full-cycle recruiting process for high-growth IT companies;
Experience in leading a team of 3-5 people;
Experience in international hiring — North America, Europe (CIS exclude) and India;
Knowledge of recruitment tools (including services like LinkedIn, Indeed, GlassDoor, Angel.List, Zip Recruiter, HH, etc.);
English Advanced C1/C2 (80% interviews will on English only);
Readiness to work remotely: a quiet workspace with high-speed internet and a good laptop/PC.
