Responsibilities:

  • Managing the work and monitoring the effectiveness of HR-managers and a recruitment managers for retail stores. Recruitment of employees of required professions and qualifications.
  • Interaction with the Head Office of the Group of Companies in terms of providing corporate HR-reporting and personal reporting.
  • Interaction with the Head Office of the Group of Companies regarding the application of Head Office work standards for HR department.
  • Organization of staff training and development, professional development of employees: providing training with the help of special software (e.g. MOTIVITY, etc.); monitoring of creation and updating of training materials.
  • Monitoring of compliance with labor legislation of the Russian Federation, development / modification of local acts of the company / duty regulations of employees.
  • Planning and control of payroll expenses.
  • Organization of healthy and safe working conditions for employees.
  • Ensuring the conclusion of contracts with education institutions, advanced training courses, training and internship organizations; determining costs for training; organization of employees referral to study in accordance with concluded contracts.
  • Ensuring the conclusion of recruitment contracts, contracts of voluntary medical insurance, contract of secret buyer services, contracts of medical examinations of employees and other contracts.
  • Ensuring and monitoring of compliance with the social guarantees of the employees.
  • Assistance in the development and implementation of the company's personnel policy, policy in the provision of voluntary health insurance.
  • Creation/adjustment and monitoring of compliance with payment schemes, benefits and compensations, bonuses in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation.
  • Determination of the number of staff, staffing table for stores. Support of new openings.
  • Development of a system of internal training, adaptation, provision and control of the functioning of the system of adaptation of new employees in the Company;
  • Control of staff rotation. Identification of the reasons for rotation, work on reducing rotation in the company.
  • Development and implementation of personnel motivation systems.
  • Monitoring of consumption of hours in stores on a weekly basis, monitoring of rationality of scheduling, monitoring of implementation of planned indicators.
  • Ensuring control of the budget of employees' hours during the calendar year in order to exclude overwork and correct reflection of hours in the timesheet.
  • Monitoring of correct maintenance of the timesheet on paper and via software (Biotime).
  • Development and support of the HR brand in the company.
  • Regular visits to retail stores.
  • Control over provision of required information regarding insured persons under legislation on pension accounting within the established time limits.
  • Control over timely signing of personnel documentation by store managers, familiarization with local acts of the company, sending them to the company's office.
  • Control over correct completion and timely familiarization of employees with documents related to individual and collective financial responsibility.
  • Monitoring of compliance with quotas for the number of disabled people and the recruitment of disabled people.
  • Monitoring of labor discipline in the company divisions and compliance by employees with the Rules of Labor regulations and duty regulations; requesting written explanations from employees; monitoring of imposition of disciplinary penalties.
  • Defining HR strategy, creating and maintaining HR projects to improve the current performance of stores.
  • Participation in the development of improving sales standards. Control of their execution.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education, additional courses, trainings on personnel management.
  • Similar work experience of at least 5 years in an international fashion retail company.
  • Experience of direct communication with headquarters for at least 1 year.
  • English proficiency level: Upper Intermediate.
  • Successful cases in the field of recruitment, evaluation, adaptation and development of personnel.
  • Knowledge of modern tools and methods of personnel management.
  • A confident PC user, knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
  • Personal qualities: flexibility, perseverance, responsibility, effectiveness.
