Requiremets:
- Education: University degree in business management, economics (or related)
- Experience: not less then 5 years work experience as Head of HR
Specific knowledge:
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of local labor law
- Real experience within key strategic HR-directions
- Good MS Office and HR related software skills
Responsibilities:
- Strategic alignment, permanent member of the Board of Management
- Divisional HR strategy development & implementation
- Ensure consistent implementation & execution of corporate HR policies and controls in respective area of responsibility
- Feedback to corporate HR functions on divisional/regional/local adjustment needs to policies and procedures
