An excellent opportunity for a talented and passionate Head of HR Department is now available at Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Centre, Sochi, Russia.

We are now looking for the right person to build on our excellent reputation and take our achievements to the next level. The right person will be a visible leader who will direct and manage the hotel manpower.

Main Responsibilities

Achieve the hotel’s operating goals by maximizing employees’ productivity and well-being
Handle personnel administration
Direct and implement training programs, human resources guidelines, policies and procedures in accordance with the local laws and corporate HR guidelines and service concepts
Assist Department Heads in recruiting activities
Analyze hotel manpower requirements and make recommendations on selection and development activities
Identify employees for development, recommend and monitor individual development plans

Main Requirements

Fluent in English
High professional education
Experience in a similar position in hospitality industry – 3 years
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate, outgoing and dynamic personality
HR Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is a member of the Management Team
