Otis Elevator Company is looking for a Head of HR Admin function (HR Shared services center Head).

 

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth running of all HR admin processes for OTIS Russia (2300 HC).
Further development of Shared Service Hub according to global Otis HR Model, ensuring implementation of best practices and constant improvement and automatization of current processes.
Participation in implementation of 1C and Workday together with HR project leader and C&B team.
Supporting HR transformation projects with HR BP team.
Reporting to HR Director EECA.
To lead the team (4 people) based in Moscow and Sbp, coach, develop and support them in order to exceed customer expectations.
Be a source of expert knowledge for all relevant HR Services processes and Company People policies.
Monitor and evaluate the systems and processes to ensure that they are maintained accurately and where required identify ways of improving performance levels.
Communicate continuously both internally with your team and externally with customers to ensure that they understand how the team, People Services and the function are performing.
Work with the relevant HR COE groups and HRBPs to expedite effective query resolution.
Maximize the tools and technology to positively impact the productivity of the team and service for the customer.

 

Requirements:

Relevant experience in managing HR Administration team / function and/or HR Shared Service; mature leadership competency.
Experience in managing HR admin projects and in change management.
Excellent knowledge of Labor Code.
Advanced English.
Experience of working with HR Information Systems, preferable Workday.
Prior experience of working in a busy, customer and results focused environment.
Experience of working within structured business policy and procedures, in a corporate environment.
Generalist HR knowledge developed in large organization.
Experience of hybrid shared service model environments and management of third party suppliers as an intrinsic aspect of service delivery is a plus.
