Develop and implement novel market access models based on healthcare system initiatives aimed at increasing healthcare system efficiency and outcomes improvement and innovative pricing models (e.g. OBCM, cost sharing, long term contracting, etc.). Build public private partnerships with regional and federal healthcare authorities and leading institutions. Lead an internal team of associates (in a matrix structure) from multiple functions, e.g., marketing, medical, market access, government affairs, legal etc. Develop and implement Health Economic Outcome Research strategy across market for all Novartis Pharma products
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement company strategy related to healthcare system initiatives and innovative pricing models across nosology in the company portfolio
• Develop public private partnership programs concepts across nosology and tailor the concepts design to selected regions
• Negotiate and collaborate with regional, federal and institutional authorities to ensure efficient development and implementation of healthcare system initiatives and innovative pricing models
• Develop and implement Health Economic Outcome Research strategy across market for all Novartis Pharma products
• Handover materials on innovative access models to customer facing teams and build their capabilities accordingly
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and assessment of regions potential for implementation of public private partnership programs and innovative pricing models across different nosology
• Manage, coordinate and monitor implementation progress, quality and results of public private partnership programs
• Support NVS group Russia in building awareness and understanding among federal and regional governments on improvement of outcomes for healthcare system through regional public private partnerships and innovative pricing models (e.g. conferences participation, speakers identification, messages development, etc.)
