International EdTech Startup MEL Science looking for Head of Growth
It is a unique opportunity to lead a multi-channel growth team in B2C digital marketing.
About you:
You are good in people management, with experience in team leading with 10+ people
You are a democratic leader who listens before making conclusion
You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as the Head Of Growth (Head Of Customer Acquisition) for e-comers business, ideally a fast growing start-up company where scaling the business is of primary importance
You master all aspects of campaign management including planning/testing, creative development and ongoing optimisation
You have an in-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social media advertising (Facebook, instagram, Twitter, etc.), and willingness to learn about new ones
You have exceptionally strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. Strength in strategic data interpretation and web analytics skills (Metabase, Mixpanel etc.)
The ideal hire is obsessed with data and continuous experimenting
Technical education (science, math or engineering) would be a plus
