A newly founded Health & Fitness company ZIng is looking for a Head of Growth to become a first growth team member.
You’ll contribute by:
Devise and implement data-led acquisition strategies for Zing, optimizing every part of the sales funnel
Identifying and scaling paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels, including: social (paid & unpaid), partnerships & influencers, SEO, content, email and more
Calculate CAC & LTV and optimize campaigns for profitable unit economics
Work closely with product and operations teams to optimize conversion rates
Uncover creative, non-traditional and new methods of acquiring users
Build and execute brand and competitive positioning strategy
Test and implement offline marketing campaigns
Build, lead and recruit the growth team
Be a part of Agile-based and distributed team (Munich/Minsk/Kiev)
Be a part of Palta’s community of outstanding people (talents from MSQRD, Prisma Labs, Flo Health, VOIR, wannaby, etc.)
Bring own ideas to shape the future of Zing AI Fitness Coach
We expect that you have:
At least 3-5 years of product management or growth experience (computer science a bonus!)
2+ years experience marketing a B2C subscription product
Experience with A/B testing
Deep understanding of acquisition KPIs and complex funnels
Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals
Self-starter with ability to execute under deadlines
Experience in managing growth teams & executing an agile marketing strategy
Experience in scaling acquisition strategies geographically
Have a growth marketing/optimization mindset; deeply analytical
Excellent English skills (B2+)
Beneficial skills:
Experience in a startup strongly preferred
Excellent editing and copywriting skills
It’d be a plus if you had some experience in one of the following sectors: health&fitness, education, wellness, healthcare, femtech.
