Эстонский стартап по доставке продуктов Clean Kitchen ищет Head of Growth.

 

Within the project, end users can choose any dish from the application menu, after a while fresh and precise ingredients will be delivered to their doors in a box, this way people can save a considerable sum of money, avoid food waste, and of course keep their kitchen clean.

 

Your task and responsibilities:

  • Set the agenda and plan to drive the long term growth of the company
  • Evolve and drive the company’s brand strategy - lead integrated and strategic marketing and communications plan to advance Clean Kitchen’s brand awareness via campaigns and programs
  • Retention for company is a key. Launching users retention programs
  • Developing and driving execution of growth and go-to-market strategies, shaping efficient business models, crafting product propositions
  • Content generation: own creative and content marketing ranging from sales collateral to blog content and social media content
  • Establish processes, ways of working, and core KPIs to effectively track performance
  • Be an example of true entrepreneurship, creativity, number-based mentality, exceptional analytical skills, deep technical knowledge, and attribution
  • Build out a growth team over time as the company scales
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to the team on strategy, tactics, metrics and rhythms

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience developing and executing product go-to-market strategies
  • Experience working in the start ups and build the strategies from scratch
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create, communicate and direct a team to achieve the company’s vision. Understanding and experience working across all marketing functions, from product to communications
  • Solid general business skills, including analytical and project management skills, comfortable with managing budgets and monitoring business results
  • Deep experience in digital marketing: content creation, creative marketing and driving integrated, lasting marketing campaigns
  • Experience in working with mobile applications and building growth into the app
  • Have experience in growth hacking or rapid scaling & efficient growth
  • Follow an analytical mindset & know your numbers down to specific details
  • Experience with growth marketing from strategy to execution in an early-stage, B2C environment
  • Proficient with Google Analytics & SEO tools, marketplaces, referral programmes
  • You care about the product and have experience working with Cohort analysis
  • You are able to work accordingly Estonian time zone. Max time difference is +- 4 hours
