- Experience working with Cryptocurrency and Blockchain, Retail Digital Banking, Forex & CFD, Pornhub, Gaming, Gambling, Online Tradings
- Experience in managing a fast-growing company
- Experience as a Supervisor, but at the same time must be willing to work "hands on"
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
- Practical experience with CRM and tools such as: Mixpanel - Google Analytics - Intercom - Adjust - Appsflyer - Jira, etc.
- Fluency in languages: English plus other German, French, Russian
