Role: Head of Growth Marketing
Fjor is building an AI-powered nutrition assistant that helps millions to choose the right food to eat, lose weight, and live a happy and longer life. The app has over 1 million installs worldwide. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Head of Growth Marketing who will join our team and build a Growth Marketing team from scratch. You will play a critical leadership role to drive user growth reporting directly to the CEO.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy based on deep market research and consumer insights
- Build and lead a high performing growth marketing team who will partner with other key business teams
- Build and expand our channel strategy across all mediums: ASO, SEO, display, social, content, affiliates, email
- Build and run experiments with onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and other product features in order to maximize C1 and LTV
- Be ultimately responsible for KPIs: new paid subscribers, ROAS, C1
- Budgeting and strategic planning
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in internet, digital, and performance-marketing roles
- Deep understanding of performance mobile marketing, analytics and product. A data-driven strategist who has lived in LTV/CAC subscription world.
- Track record managing, building and scaling A+ marketing teams, ideally on tier-1 markets
- Outstanding communication skills, and the presence and experience to drive cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes
- Excited about Nutrition, Wellness and Health
- Fluent English
- Self-starter, ready to take ownership
- Able to work in an unstructured and volatile environment
