Kraft Heinz is looking for a Head of Go to Market.
Key components of the role:
Gagarin Project PMO and Implementation (Distributors, NKA, LKA and FS levers)
Implementing and tracking for Sales Force Excellence (routines & KPIs) and Distributors Excellence Programs
Implementing changes for Sales Structure & Hierarchy
Updating and tracking Cost to Serve & Market Assessment tools
Channels Development (MT, Distributors, Exports & Tender)
Identifying GAPs, Build and Structure Quarterly Sales Plan
Regional Strategy: Channel, Mix, Innovation & Sales Force
Qualifications:
3+ working experience (route to market, sales, business development), preferably in FMCG companies
Leadership skills
Advanced analytical & problem-solving skills
Project management skills, creative thinking
Solid PowerPoint and presentation skills
Knowledge of fundamentals of financial management and P&L principles
Advanced level of English
