BELUGA Group is looking for a Head of Global Strategy and Development.
Tasks:
Audit of creative development projects, identifying bottlenecks and uncovered needs, taking these projects on board — leading them, defining action steps
Development of new creative 360 concepts (visual solutions, toolkits, defining new usps etc.), sourcing new suppliers
Audit of stuck NPD projects, revision of timelines and identification of problem areas/bottlenecks, proactively pushing these projects to make them happen
Evaluation of external suppliers and the quality of their work (initiating suppliers changing if necessary)
Proactive search and attraction of new suppliers of NPD (incl. Packaging) and posms
Optimization of work with existing suppliers (including Chinese ones)
Monitoring of market innovations (new creative activations, NPD and POSM), offering new concepts and developments, maintaining a database of suppliers
Skills:
Experience in launching new premium products (from the development or adaptation of the concept to mass production; ideally- with a global brand of alcohol, water, perfume)
Experience of working with creative agencies (development and launch of creative campaigns-from concept to rollout)
Experience in developing creative concepts and leading respective photo&video production for a large brand (portfolio needed)
Experience on the side of a big creative and/or production agency is a plus
Knowledge of the supplier market (bottles, components, packaging, POSM), including experience working with Chinese suppliers
International outlook
Understanding of trends in luxury goods, packaging, store equipment
Proactivity, readiness to constantly search for new solutions and changes
