Head of Product Analysts is an ultra cross-functional, highly visible role with a combination of extensive managerial challenges (team of 12+) and business results. This role combines strategic view and critical impact on the whole organization, through overview of all product domains, and equally being hands-on involved in some of key operational projects in each of 4 main countries.
This role reports to CPO (CEO-2), also being a part of Executive product management team, that is made Head of Products of respective product domains (Rider app, Driver, Marketplace etc).
As a Head of Product Analysts your key goal is to improve the quality of decision making inside the product by developing and raising analysis & research standards. You act as a product manager where your product is analytics results. As a manager of a talented team, you’ll promote cross-team researches and build a career development ladder from a BA to Expert, Team Lead, Product and Data Science paths.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a team leader of the product analytics team, 5+ years of experience in Business analysis overall.
Excellent Python for data analysis, Advanced knowledge of SQL.
Experience with complex A/B testing and experiment design
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.)
Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude — a plus.
Fluent English.
Educated to a Degree level. Preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or other quantitative fields.
Prior experience in a tech start-up or marketplace company — a big plus.
Experience with spatial / geographic analysis — a plus.
Exceptional analytical skills and strong business acumen. Expert in translating analysis results into product recommendations and business questions into an analysis framework
Creative and out of the box thinking.
Sharp communicator and a confident presenter.
Able to work under tight and demanding timelines in a fast paced environment.
Self-motivated and independent.
