inDrive is looking for Head of Global Learning who will be to drive and implement Global training programs considering the diverse cultural backgrounds of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs across the world to enhance employee skills, whether technical or soft skills, to help them perform their roles effectively
- Develop and create Corporate learning university included LMS and other learning courses
- Communicate with providers: research, offer, contracting
- Develop and support English and other languages skills improvement
- Coaching and assessment services to the top management team
- Facilitation on the corporate business events
- Create and implement the different approach for learning
- Support and develop Learning Team
- Tracking the key metrics in the Learning
Requirements:
- Languages: Russian/English (fluent in both)
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge in Learning area
- Ambition and innovation
- Able to create the new approach in the Learning area
