Job Description:
1. Manage and oversee the entire ad sales effort for ByteDance’s global apps in the Eastern Europe market(Russia, Ukraine and so on). Manage sales team to reach and exceed revenue goals;
2. Leverage existing relationships with key advertisers and agencies to onboard clients directly onto ByteDance ad platform, including both performance-based advertisers and brands;
3. Analyze and interpret key sales metrics to create marketing strategies that produce the best results for our customers;
4. Diligent awareness about performance related to monthly, quarterly and annual goals, and conduct sales forecast on a regular basis.
5. Hold team members accountable for revenue goal achievements, KPIs, and engagement in all sales initiatives;
6. Coach, develop and support all team members while leading by example;
7. Strategically assess current market trends for new sales opportunities and make
recommendations for changing product offerings.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 10+ years of digital advertising sales experience and 8+ years of team management experience;
2. Exceptional negotiation and closing proficiency;
3. Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills in Russian and English;
4. Strong marketing and sales acumen; Strong drive and will to succeed;
5. Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic decision making ability;
6. Based in Moscow.
