Требуется Head of Financial Planning, Analysis and Management Reporting Department (Head of FP&A) в Orange Business Services.
Responsibilities:
Organization and management of the company’s budgeting process short-term (1 year) as well as long-term (3 years)
Organization and management of data collection process for budgeting purposes
Organization and management of budget reporting analysis
Organization and management of data loading into global financial system SAP Horizon, regular data updates
Interaction with company’s HQ and OBS Russia top-management to align budgeting process and approve results
Budget reporting preparation
Organization and management of monthly forecasting process.
Organization and management of monthly corporate business reporting and consolidation process for HQ
Organization and management of financial planning and business-analysis
Financial modelling
Organization and management of development, administration and support process of IBM Cognos Planning и IBM Cognos Business Intelligence or other systems required for budgeting and forecasting
Organization and management of corporate reporting process automation
People management (2 direct reports)
Requirements:
Higher degree in finance and/or economics (certificates ACCA, CFA, CMA is a strong advantage)
Above 5 years working experience in finance, FP&A experience mandatory
Knowledge of IFRS, Russian accounting standards, tax accounting
Proficient level of Excel, deep experience in financial modelling
English Advanced level
High analytical skills, structured mindset
IT & Telecom experience is a plus
High communication skills
