The Head will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for the company, managing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring the success of the business. The startup would be a part of inDrive group of companies.
Duties:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the company, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Scale the business across inDrive network
- Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, sales, marketing, and product development
- Build and manage a high-performing team to achieve company goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and investors
- Monitor market trends and competition to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation
Expectations:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role, with a preference for candidates who have worked in startups before
- Background in the food delivery or foodtech industry
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills
- Proven track record of leading teams to success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
