Команда Аэропорта Пулково находится в поиске нового коллеги — Head of Food and Beverages Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tracking and implementing global Food & Beverage best practices, trends, tendencies. Conducting negotiations with market leaders to study key trends and tendencies;
Analysis of the financial performance of Food & Beverage operators, development and implementation of measures to improve the financial efficiency of their activities;
Attracting leading companies in the Food & Beverage market to the airport.
Participation in the development and implementation of marketing activities of the operators;
Planning and approval of annual/season/quarterly financial targets for the category entrusted;
Formulation and management of assortment matrix (menu) of Food & Beverage operators;
Development and implementation of special menus of cafe and restaurant operators for the airport, development and implementation of seasonal offers
Development of pricing policy of the operators.
REQUIREMENTS:
Higher education: economics/finance, marketing, management;
Required knowledge of English — at least Upper Intermediate (conversational and written);
Experience — at least 5 years in a chain restaurant (Rosinter, Shokoladnitsa, Ginza, Novikov Group, etc.) or in the position of a restaurant development manager, or with a large tenant with a portfolio of F&B operators;
Knowledge of the F&B market (main market players, concepts, trends);
Experience in analyzing and developing proposals to increase restaurant sales (including working with assortment, visual design, quality of service, etc.)
Understanding and ability to subtly apply the laws of advertising and marketing in the food service industry;
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and business correspondence skills;
Experience in B2B customer service;
Experience in personnel management is desirable.
CONDITIONS:
Five-day work week from 08:30 to 17:30;
Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
VMI, including dental (after the trial period);
Corporate transportation from/to Moskovskaya metro station /Aviagorodok.
