В многопрофильную международную инвестиционную группу Finstar Financial Group открыта вакансия Head of Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Be updated on portfolio companies’ activities and issues
- Monthly management financial reports (2-3 companies)
- Consolidated financial statements
- Collection of data specified in policies from companies and its validation
- Heading of annual budget process, forecasting and re-budgeting activities, if required
- Treasury and liquidity management
- Business & product efficiency analyses (incl. comparison budgeted vs. actual, key drivers’ analysis and business KPIs analysis) and proposal for managerial decisions
- Accounting and management of external audit of holding companies
- AdHoc reports and analyses on demand of Management
- Development of financial models for new retail products (both credit and commission)
- Building and managing team of 3-5 local people
Requirements:
- Higher Degree in Economics (Finance/Accounting)
- Work experience in Big4 is a plus
- Experience in the management accounting closing supervision
- Experience within large online/digital/fintech/e-commerce companies or banks would be a plus
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles. IFRS standards
- Experienced user of Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBI
- Fluent English is a must
- Agile communication skills
