А global biopharmaceutical company Sanofi is currently recruiting a Head of Finance Planning & Analytics Russia.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Head of FP&A is the hands-on driver of Reporting & Forecast Management;
Supports all Sanofi Finance GBUs, functions and activities in the management reporting and planning in the country in accordance with Corporate procedures, requirements and timelines in his/her perimeter;
Ensures the coordination of master data between different systems and facilitates wherever possible a streamlined and consistent cost center structure within the Country;
The FP&A head will be the finance business partner of the Country Lead;
FP&A head must ensure that the closing tasks bellow are carried out on time and in compliance with Sanofi procedure & local regulation:
Perform/ Supervise Sales closing & reporting
Perform/ Supervise Gross Margin analysis
Perform/ Supervise Monthly Trends reporting and Analysis
Perform/ Supervise the inventory Provisions/destruction monthly calculation & analysis
P&L Comments with FBP support
Annual reporting of product contribution
Annual Reporting of standard costs
HC reporting & comments
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
More than 5 years of experience in people management is a must;
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting from an accredited college or university is required;
5 years of professional work experience in Finance with a minimum of 3 years confirmed experience in Controlling, forecasting & financial planning is a must;
Fluent Russian, English – fluent;
Advanced organizational skills; able to drive, coordinate and consolidate input from multiple stakeholders;
Advanced analytical skills, financial acumen and strategic thinking;
Building partnership and trust over time with business partners: active listening, inquiring skills, impact and influence, managing resistance and conflict, ability to step back and take a strategic view, managing interpersonal relationships, constructive assertiveness (say no but propose alternative solutions);
Perfect command of Microsoft office (Mainly Excel and PowerPoint);
Good command of accounting and ERP software SAP;
Good communication skills.
