Responsibilities
• Managing the activities of the Finance Department and regulating and monitors the activities of the structural units of the department;
• Managing the preparation of the company’s overall budget, preparation and continuous improvement of budget control reports, ensuring the receipt and consolidation of forecast execution reports;
• Monitoring the implementation of budget forecasts;
• Managing the preparation and continuous improvement of financial reporting forms, ensuring the preparation of consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements of the Company, analyzing the results;
• Ensures compliance of economic operations with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, control over the movement of property and liabilities of the company;
• Providing preparation of documents for participation in the tender;
• Supervising on-balance and off-balance-sheet transactions;
• Providing information on the company’s income and expenses, receivables and payables;
• Comparing the results of budget execution with the results of financial statements;
• Providing information to the management on the balances of the company’s bank accounts, daily operations;
• Carrying out the work required for external and internal audits;
• Developing an action plan to address deficiencies and deficiencies identified in audits and reports as a result of audits;
• Other duties.
Qualifications
• Higher education (economic, financial);
• Minimum 3 years work experience in the relevant position;
• High management and organizational skills;
• Business communication ethics;
• Ability to use MS Office programs freely;
• Must be able to work in 1C program (version 8.2 or 8.3);
• ACCA certifications are an advantage;
• Know civil, financial, tax legislation;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
