Job summary:
- Head of Finance Department is the person to strongly support Group CEO in building and increasing the enterprise value growth via preparing and implementing the business strategy, treasury and asset management, providing financial services for other departments
- Provides leadership in developing and sustaining competitive and profitable financial environment
- Leads in developing and implementing effective and efficient controls to ensure safeguarding of Company resources
- Establish a strong Finance team in the areas of Strategic planning and Operations finance
Job details:
Development, maintaining and evaluation of the below aspects of financial activities of the Company:
- Establishing Annual Operation Planning process
- Developing and implementing monthly and quarterly monitoring of actual financial performance of the Company versus forecast
- Developing evaluation process of Key Financial Strategic activities of the Company
- Organization of working processes with financial institutions, monitoring of informational and financial covenants
- Analysis and decrease of possible financial risks
- Financial and economic analysis of Company’s contracts
- Management of accounting, financial and economics teams
Building a process of reporting actual results of operations in the most efficient way through SAP / 1C ERP:
- Establishing and continuous improving financial activities of the Company in the areas of financial operations by:
- Ensuring that results of operations are compared with the Company’s forecast regularly and variances are explained to the management with recommendation on how to resolve potential business risk
- Establishing an efficient process of managing cash (both actual and forecast)
- Control of the Company performance in compliance with local laws
Others:
- Establish and implement appropriate internal controls to ensure financial safeguarding of Company assets and resources
- Develop and implement the Company’s short- term and long-term financial plans(capital expenditures (capex); business expansion/acquisition, other entities purchase, etc)
- Supervise the team by goal setting, training & coaching, advices on professional development, succession planning and performance evaluations
- High-quality document management: timely provision of necessary documents (internal and external). Compliance with all internal regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- A degree-level in finance; preferably with a higher degree in a management discipline or a professional qualification
- International finance qualification
- Experience in managing financial activities for a large organization (FMCG is preferred) over 12 years
- Experience with banks and attracting financing
- Fluent English
