Pole To Win International (PTW) is a leading games, digital entertainment and interactive media and Art solutions provider with global studios in 11 countries worldwide. PTW/1518 are looking to appoint a Head of Finance and Administration who will act as the General Director for Russia.
Requirements:
- Administration:
- Oversee Admin, IT and Financial operations in Russia. Coordinate with all the stakeholders in Russia to ensure the operations are managed smoothly.
- Creates a positive work environment that is proactive toward success of the region; ensures that all process and compliances are in place and effectively managed.
- Fulfils the legal and administrative requirements of the corporation, federal and state laws, business, region, and studio.
- Responsible for office leases, expansions, and any alterations in Russia Facility
- Will be reviewing, revising, and negotiating contracts in local language, monitoring of contract performance and compliances required by the customer and the process.
- Ensure all the agreements and contracts are signed in coordination with stakeholders.
- Partners with stakeholders to improve the efficiency of the process while managing controls and risks.
- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders such as Sales, Finance and Operations for terms of active contracts.
- Communicates and manages the workflow of all contract stages.
- Finance and Reporting:
- Strong knowledge of Local Russian Accounting, Tax and Company compliances.
- Oversee and coordinate with the Finance Team in India and with the local accounting agencies.
- Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization by coordinating with the external accounting agency to ensure VAT, Income Tax, are met and that financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation.
- Support all required information for the Group / Local Audit requirement and liaise with the internal / external auditors as necessary.
- Co-ordinate and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy. Ensure that cash needs of the company are maintained and future cash.
- Assist India Accounting and Finance teams with the preparation of budgets by providing relevant information on a regular basis.
- Co-ordinate and Manage monthly MIS and Reporting pack to share the required inputs to Indian team on a regular basis.
- Support the implementation of Global ERP (D365) in Russia.
- Proficiency Required:
- Cross-functional expertise and management experience in a MNC; prior experience growing and managing a fulfilment operation highly desirable.
- Excellent individual and team leadership skills, including creative problem solving, decision making, planning and organization, self-confidence, and a tolerance for stress.
- Should have a “Make It Happen” attitude and should be ready to work under pressure and support the organisation based on the business requirements.
- Well-developed people practice, including strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills, the ability to build lasting relationships, provide recognition, demonstrate integrity, and maintain high personal standards.

- Excellent business and financial acumen, including managing vision and purpose, strategic agility, understanding key business drivers and leverage points, establishing, and managing budgets, compliance with financial controls and other financial processes, and short- and long-term profitability factors.
- Strong organizational skills are required and an unrelenting sense of urgency to act and respond to challenges. Positive attitude, patience, good listening skills etc.
Qualifications:
- Accounting Degree / Certification /or equivalent.
- 8-10 years as a country manager overseeing the region.
