Now we are establishing our new office in Dubai, which is supposed to become our HQ, and are looking for ambitious, result-driven candidates with a deep multinational expertise to become a part of our dream team!
The candidate should be ready to relocate to Dubai.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and control all financial-related activities of the company.
- Assist in the development of corporate strategy and formulate strategic and long-term business plans providing recommendations to the CEO and the executive management team members.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and accounting standards.
- Manage the processes of financial forecasting
- Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports, monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget
- Manage accounting activities: cost and revenue allocation, accounts receivable and payable, consolidation and closing while ensuring compliance with local financial authorities and International accounting standards.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Manage cash flow planning process; monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Assessing new projects investment risks
- Transfer cost accountability and control
- Manage and Supervise the Legal function
- Taking part in maintaining of all Company agreements and control conditions compliance
- Ensure adequate assessment and mitigation of risk and compliance with applicable regulatory or other legal requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ experience of working in multinational environment on the same position
- Proven track record as a Finance Director in a Company with multicurrency payment system is a must
- Experience of working in a public company would be highly appreciated
- A comprehension of multicounty business is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, flexible team player (to drive the project through challenges and any uncertainty)
- Personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking.
