Develop a globally integrated Patient Access & Payer strategy (for 1 – 3compounds/brands) aimed at delivering product differentiation most relevant to the payers.
Be accountable for the Patient Access & Payer perspective being appropriately reflected and integrated in the overarching product development, medical affairs and commercial strategy
Lead cross -functional value and access team to gather evidence which support payer value proposition and pricing strategy
Co-create deliverables with Countries
Represent patient access in all major cross -functional teams at the program/brand level including Global Program Teams, Global Brand Team and Global Medical Affairs Teams.
Define the value based global price guidance and launch sequence according to the market situation and the company pricing principles
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge of pricing and reimbursement Proficiency in Healthcare/ Health finance/ Health technology/ Health Economy across geographies
Understanding of National Health Care, regulatory environment of drug P&R and Listing processes knowledge of Reimbursement processes and commercial principles
Knowledge of Healthcare industry & external trends
Assessing impact of (internal & external) changes on the HCS
Knowledge of how HCS leaders think and make decisions Knowledge of organization, players and reform agenda of Healthcare System(s)
University degree in economics, business or science
English — Fluent
