The company is management TopCo that owns a portfolio of technology companies that engages in financial brokerage, media, software solution and tech consulting.
Our Founder is seeking an adaptable, honest, experienced and self-sufficient leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to establish and run a Family Office. Family Office is involved in many diverse business ventures and you will act as a linchpin for the Family Office and the Heads of department in businesses both here and abroad.

Responsibilities:
- Creation and Implementation of the FO development strategy;
- Lead and develop the FO legal and administrative team;
- Coordinate and manage the incorporation of family office companies, trusts, etc.;
- Administration of the FO activities;
- Direct and indirect tax planning, accounting and compliance;
- Oversee the preparation of financial records/statements, tax returns and periodic reports;
- Provide assistance in M&A activities in VC and PE;
- KYC-support and communication with various banks/brokers;
- Liaise with outside Counsels, Trustees, Accountants, Auditors, Administrators, etc.
Qualification required:
- Bachelor degree from Top Tier Universities;
- 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management - Family offices, Private Banks, Big4 Accounting Firms;
- Vast experience in legal structuring of global diversified investment vehicles;
- Knowledge of tax planning issues;
- M&A experience as a plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity and result-oriented approach;
- Ability to work non-standard hours;
- Ready to work remotely with the team.
