What you'll do:
Building and Infrastructure Management:
- Develop creative concepts for all global offices with People & Culture and Marketing divisions and with contractors
- Forecasting of the company's space requirements, design and planning of workplaces
- Ensure that office space is disposed of as efficiently as possible from the development of a plan to attract employees to offices for cross-functional initiatives
- Department Budget Management
- Building relationships and negotiating with landlords
- Interaction with suppliers and contractors, search for suitable contractors for CIW, holding tenders and concluding contracts
- Monitoring the maintenance of our offices
- Organization of cleaning and landscaping works
- Control of repair works in our offices
- Emergency and Contingency Response
Employee-related service management:
- Implement physical security and security policies and procedures in offices
- Risk Management and Employee Hazard Minimization
- Catering organization (cafes, lunch delivery, etc.) and office events service organization (catering vendors management)
- Procurement and consumables supply control
- Purchase management: furniture and hardware, technical equipment according to IT companies specifics
- Implementation of the system for issuing, accounting and furniture/equipment inventory
- Reception service, courier service and drivers organization
- Safety conditions monitoring (fire safety, working conditions)
- Offices relocation management
- Continuous improvement of office conditions
What the company expects from you:
- Higher education (engineering as an advantage)
- Experience of similar work
- Experience as a manager for at least 5 years
- Organizing construction and repair work experience
- Building and Office Management Experience
- Experience in IT company will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Creative skills and experience
- Readiness for business trips
