Henkel Russia is looking for a Head of Exclusive Brands (Henkel Beauty Care Professional).
Responsibilities:
Fully responsible for Develop & implement the 2 Premium Brands strategy (Authentic Beauty Concept & STMNT), including Marketing, Sales & Professional Partners Service through all channels
Manage the Brands’ P&Ls and allocate appropriate resources to achieve measurable KPI’s within all (Marketing, Sales & Professional Partners Service) areas of responsibility
Manage and develop people in Marketing, Sales & Professional Partners Service
Requirements:
Higher education
Relevant experience in beauty business (professional segment) in Brand Marketing and/or Sales (would be a plus) and people management experience at least 3+ years
P&L knowledge
Fluent English
Digitally savvy (SoMe Digital Media, etc)
Beauty addiction and desire to work with beauty care market
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Proactive can-do attitude, emotional maturity, hands-on approach, ready to challenges
