What will you do?
As a Head of Education Department, you will manage an international team with extensive geography of tasks (AMER, APAC).
- Create teams to support the learning process
- Build a team development and training process
- Create a curriculum in the Web Development, Data Science, Data Analytics fields (life coding, webinars, etc.)
- Localize the curriculum for businesses in the region
- Create and monitor metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of the educational process
- Budget planning and execution control
What are the requirements?
- Fluent English
- Experience in managing IT teams
- Background in development in Python or JavaScript
- Proving track of success in a corporate field
- Spanish or Portuguese (Brazilian) languages as a plus
