Toloka Education team is responsible for gathering and spreading the knowledge, expertise, and best practices about crowdsourcing and data labeling to both internal and external customers of Toloka. They maintain the Toloka Knowledge Base, Education Partnerships, Crash Course, and many more activities and educational resources that are vital to the adoption of the crowdsourcing methodology.
Toloka is seeking an experienced educational manager with a passion in data labeling and machine learning to lead the Toloka Education team. They will be developing the global educational product portfolio and trailblazing the way people are learning how to enable crowdsourcing in the entire lifecycle of their machine learning operations.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of educational products for in-house colleagues (pre-sale and sales departments) and external clients (B2B2C)
- Collaboration with other Toloka teams to gather and spread their expertise
- Team management
- Building partnerships with academic institutions, open online courses, and machine learning companies
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing educational products in information technology
- Experience in people and project management
- Understanding of machine learning methodology
- Strong communication skills in English
