Оne of the global leaders in beauty Coty is looking for a Head of Ecommerce Russia & CIS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze current environment and creates strategy and long-term business plan of Ecommerce channel development;
Lead Coty Ecommerce team to manage Pure Players and support Brick & Click customers;
Develop trade term conditions, promotional plan, Go-to-Market and budget;
Coordinate with Sales Development and Marketing teams to develop the Trade Account Plans;
Establish and develop right processes to effectively monitor & drive KPIs of E-Com Sales channel;
Analyze POS metrics to adapt and improve the account plans;
Coordinate with Planning, Sales Development and Financial Teams to follow the evolution of service KPIs, GTN level, DSO and DPO
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
A commercially-minded person who is able quickly to assess commercial attractiveness of any offer to ROI;
2-4 years’ experience in Ecommerce with proven track record in building Ecommerce businesses, ideally in international company;
Experience of working with e-retailers is a must;
People / team management experience is a must;
User of Google Analytics, Brandquad, CRM systems, search optimization tools;
Agility and quick reaction to any changes within company and externally;
Understanding online path to purchase and key business rivers in Ecommerce;
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships internally & externally;
Fluent English;
Understanding of the importance of branding while driving sales;
Strong business & organizational leadership;
Proactivity & self-motivation in achieving goals;
Perfect presentation skills
