В METRO Cash & Carry открыта позиция Head of Ecom Products development.

 

Metro is one of leaders in hypermarkets in Russia, with specific strength among premium customers and unique mix of B2B and B2C customers. Company has a target to minimum double ecom from current levels. To make it happen we need to continuously improve UX/UI of own website and applications based on analysis of customers’ journey. To collect and streamline all customer requirements in a constantly changing environment company need a senior head of ecom products.

 

Обязанности:

  • Identify right customer requirements and product features for test and development. Partner with other departments to make this a cross-functional effort (ecom, pricing, operations, marketing, CX)
  • Development of mid-term and long-term strategy of Metro own ecommerce interfaces – mobile apps and web-sites
  • Align requirements of B2B and B2C customers within same products. Metro IT stack is based on proprietary iT solutions, deep understanding of existing landscape required. Ensuring overall scalability and fault tolerance of products
  • Turn customer insights into technical analysis and requirements
  • Collect and structure backlog of tasks. Lead prioritization meetings where next sprint items selected
  • Lead development via external teams in 2weeks sprints. Leading of cooperation with Services providers. Organization of work process with them
  • Activation, A/B testing and continuous improvement
  • Leading of team of several Product managers
  • Constant search of growth potential in conversion rate and GMV
  • Budget planning

 

Требования:

  • University degree and/or equivalent industry specific experience, preferably ecom/foodtech/egrocery
  • Understanding and experience of IT solutions/stacks in ecom
  • Entrepreneurial and customer focused ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the METRO business
  • Ability to get along with diversified cross-functional team with different background
  • Proactive, “can do” attitude
  • Ability to quickly turn customer insights into business requirements
  • Introduces structure to an unstructured situation, adapts quickly to new ideas and topics with a good instinct for opportunities and risks
  • Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Emotional intelligence
