Main responsibilities:
Take the commercial lead of Gloria Jeans global direct to consumer e-Commerce channel (3 markets) E-com, Market Places, Omni:
- Define commercial and ensure achievement of targets for the global e-Commerce channel in alignment with global Digital strategy
- Manage a team of 8 direct e-Commerce departments incl, Content creation, Omni, Local and international market pleases, photo shooting, digital marketing located in Rus to optimize local implementation and ensure that commercial targets are reached
- Lead business development projects such as deployment of new markets, products, payment methods, and digital services
- Lead projects to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure optimal stock assortment and depth in each market
- Lead the go-to-market for novelties and develop channel exclusive limited editions
Shape GJ e-Commerce roadmap working closely with key stakeholders in the dedicated Digital team and other departments:
- Continuously strive for customer satisfaction and retention
- Expand omnichannel capabilities
- Ensure smooth e-Commerce operations and transition to new ERPs in key markets
- Maximize conversions in contact centers
- Optimize customer journeys
- Improve website performance around e-Commerce and omnichannel features
- Develop and improve Market Place country coverage
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-Commerce. Experience of operations on a global scale and cross-border operations is a plus
- Commercially driven with proven track record of growing sales
- Strong understanding the meaning of customer centricity
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Highly collaborative and adaptable with strong communication skills working effectively across different teams and cultures
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud is highly preferred
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication, additional languages are valued
