Modern Trade Department of HEINEKEN Russia is looking for National Account Manager E-commerce to build effective and strong relationships with e-commerce platforms.
Duties:
— strategically align the e-commerce strategies with corporate initiatives,
— build strategy around driving the e-com business that incorporate the company’s objectives,
— develop a complete sales plan aligned with business objectives for growth and profitability,
— build long term partnership with customers to capture new business opportunitie,
— leadership of cross-functional team,
— set up new customers,
— сreate and implement JVC plans with customers,
— accountable for KA deals and promotional budget management at contract level according to the established target,
— oversee product setup, logistics and inventory replenishment,
— сonduct promotional activity analysis understanding result and ROI from promotional activity across key customers,
— analysis of financial effectiveness.
You have:
— higher education (economics and business are priority),
— experience to manage multiple projects; strong expertise across national retailers and e-com platforms; well-developed understanding of data analysis as well as website metrics,
— english language — upper-Intermediate or higher
