Yandex Games is focusing on developing international game distribution among web and mobile partners. Company is looking for a Head of Distribution to build global game distribution strategy. You will be responsible for the exponential growth of the Yandex Games user base, building a strong BD team and finding new growth points.
Responsibilities:
- Identify a strategy for growing the Yandex Games international user base, including focus markets, product localization, and partner distribution mechanics
- Attract new partners, working out product scenarios and business terms for long-term partnership
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams on the partner and Yandex sides to optimize product integrations and develop joint action plans on how to improve them
- Build and motivate a strong BD manager team
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with international partners
- 2+ years of experience as a team lead
- Ability to deep dive into product features and work closely with product and marketing leads on a product and distribution strategy
- Proactive approach, eagerness to bring your ideas to life and find new opportunities and growth points
- Advanced English proficiency
Preferred qualifications:
- Wide range of contacts and experience working as an affiliate program lead
