Kraft Heinz is looking for a Head of Direct Procurement.
Key responsibilities:
Develop / update Sourcing strategies and vision in line with Business strategies; align with key stakeholders and control execution
Manage and develop team, analyze skills portfolio and ensure there are right skills in place
Strongly contribute to AOP (budget) process and partner with all functions to build strong bottom up plan
Control costs or Direct Materials across all BUs, provide detailed bridge for any deviations in collaboration with Procurement Finance
Identify and drive key projects in supply sustainability
Ensure strong pipeline of cost saving, efficiency and innovation projects in collaboration with Value Engineering team
Present Procurement vision and results to senior management
Ensure compliance of procurement processes and decisions
Transfer Direct Materials procurement team into Procurement Business Partner through efficiency, sustainability, flexibility and strong stakeholder’s management
Qualifications:
Higher education
7+ years in Procurement in FMCGs, more than 3 years in Direct Materials
Fluent English
Strong analytical skills
Ability to simplify
