L’Oréal is looking for a Head of Digital.
This position includes leadership in digital domain with focus on eCommerce (Indirect channel) for mass market brand in L’Oreal portfolio of Consumer Products Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital media:
- Lead digital strategy for the brand according to brand KPIs, target audience and goals in terms of owned, paid and earned channels
- Insure sufficient digital media split to support brand activities and maximize reach (SOV)
- Integrate precision advertising and data-driven marketing approach in all brand campaigns
- Lead social media strategy for brand and non-brand communities in order to provide high level of e-service with fast response rate; work with customers feedback in order to engage them with the brand
- Leverage consumer insights and build brand advocates strategy and motivate reviews and share of buzz among consumers
E-commerce:
- Increase brand’s online turnover & online market share in line with brand’s identity and objectives. Define strategic roadmap. Identify key growth pillars & ensure profitability
- Build a strategy to optimize traffic using all levers (media, search, social, on-site, partnerships…) and ensure cross-channel synergies
- Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy
- Track and measure site & Business performance to increase programs ROI
- Define, lobby for and pilot the budget in line with the entity’s /brand’s strategy and ambition
- Collaborate with key sales leadership teams to fuel business growth
General:
- Educate marketing team and act as consultant on the digital field
- Manage the team of Online Brand Managers and Social Brand Managers in order to achieve KPI’s
- Take captaincy to lead cross-brand projects
- Build agency / client relationship & establish effective network to enable performance benchmarking and new technology integration, monitor industry trends and provide best-practice overviews
- Reporting to: direct Brand Director, matrix Digital Director
Requirements:
- eCommerce background & mindset
- People Management experience > 3 years
- Fluent English
- Media expertise
