BI & Analytics Manager Ru-CIS acts as a key point for all internal analytic and business intelligence needs of the organization. Regularly communicates and interacts with Sales and Marketing leadership in Russia & CIS to understand brand & sales objectives and will subsequently recommend and provide analytical intelligence that will contribute directly to commercial strategy that the organization will take.
This role provides an in depth analysis of the sales environment (internal data), drive understanding of competitors, market data & shares and make recommendations for strategic performance and profitability improvement in the Russia & CIS region.

 

Major Accountabilities & % of Time:

  • Management of all internal and external data: set key processes, technical decisions, build team with necessary capabilities 40%
  • Regular reports delivering 5%
  • Insights generation based on internal and external quantitative data and adding business value 10%
  • Management of analytical platform development based on QlikView and Power BI, lead automation of reporting to enable better insights generation 10%
  • Communicate insights to sales and marketing teams in an effective way 5%
  • Lead expert analytical contribution during preparation and on business events (business review planning, strategic planning, etc) 10%
  • Lead DWH project implementation 10%
  • Organize processes and tools of self-reported data generation and use this data for insights development 10%
