Main accountabilities:
- Leading and management of digital sales (digital NR) through Telesales & B2B;
- Promotion of b2b platform to grow digital volume and NR;
- Leading of transformation from traditional frontline sales structure and processes to digital model, drive top-line growth and improve customer service;
- Leading of Launching Multi-vendor platform (other goods on our B2B);
- Target Setting process management: target setting (set of KPIs, weights, target values and mix) at the full country;
- Plan, lead, coordinate and control the complete Full Digital Transformation plan;
- Leading Creation and deliver digital promotional campaigns;
- Design and execute a commercial strategy on price/promotions/assortment to optimize commercial performance (NR, MACO) through our digital platforms;
- Create and deliver digital promo;
- Team Management of regional digital transformation managers and a cross-functional managers involved in the project;
- Launching new products with new partners & distributers on our multi-vendor platform
- Budget Management;
- Other duties as requested by line manager.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- More than 3 years experience in big FMCG companies on managing positions: development or support stream;
- Managing experience: 3+ direct subordinates and 10+ indirect subordinates;
- Experience in global projects leading (country or BU);
- Project Leadership Skills;
- Strong knowledge in the field of information systems and technologies;
- Knowledge of field processes and standards;
- Project Leadership Skills;
- Digital skills: Advanced Excel, Power Point;
- Strong analytical skills and mindset;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Able to work in multi-tasking environment and to meet the deadlines;
- Flexibility, stress resistance, fast learning, multitasking, strong communication, organizing and presentation skills.
- Intermediate English is a must.
